Caroline is originally from Chicoutimi, Quebec, but has had the pleasure to call Nova Scotia home for over 15 years. She comes from a military family, but found that her calling was a career in massage therapy after she experienced first hand how chronic pain can affect not only the one injured, but also their loved ones. As an RMT she feels she is fulfilling her purpose to help others achieve a better quality of life physically, mentally and spiritually!
Caroline graduated from Halifax’s ICT Northumberland College in 2013 and has taken a special interest in treating repetitive stress injuries, posture related back and neck pain, TMJ dysfunction, Disc deterioration and herniations as well as pain management for autoimmune disorders.
During her 2200 hour massage program she volunteered with the MS Society of Nova Scotia and the Halifax Rainmen Basketball team. She also took elective courses in Myofascial Release, Suikodo, as well as Prenatal and Infant massage.
Her treatment style incorporates Swedish Massage, myofascial and trigger point release, deep tissue techniques and cupping therapy. She believes no two clients are identical and believes that clear communication between therapist and client is key to making and achieving your health and wellbeing goals. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys yoga, reading, and trail hikes with her dog.
