“Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results” - Willie Nelson

Sarah is a passionate Physiotherapist who is fascinated by human anatomy and physiology as well as the strong relationship between mind and body. She strives to provide a safe and comfortable space for patients to promote positive changes by improving function and decreasing pain. She ultimately likes to work together to provide her clients with the necessary skills upon discharge to independently manage their conditions.

Sarah follows an evidence based approach when assessing and treating. She provides individualized 1:1 patient centered care while working together to achieve established goals.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys exercising whether it is at the gym or an outdoor adventure with her dog, Sam. She also loves to cook, play piano and spend time with her family and friends.
