She incorporates into her treatments facial release techniques, deep tissue work, cupping massage, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization ( IASTM) techniques. She has continued to expand her knowledge of the human body and techniques that address a multitude of conditions with the intent of providing the most effective treatments for her patients. It is her passion to provide a safe and effective treatment to help her patients achieve their goals of a healthy well-being.
Samantha’s hobbies include weight lifting, gaming, camping, drawing and taking her three dogs for walks. She enjoys using what she has learned in these activities to help understand how the human body moves and what problems can arise. She understands the kinds of strains and stress that we can put our bodies through on a day to day basis, and the long term effects it can have.
Samantha has also worked in a gym setting and has worked in the Canadian Armed Forces. These physically demanding jobs have increased her interest in patient rehabilitation through strength and mobility training.
