Why Pedorthy At Kinetesis Spine & Joint Clinic?
At Kinetesis Spine and Joint, you will be seen by a qualified and experienced Pedorthist at either our Bedford or Fall River clinic. We have partnered with “Biotech Orthotics & Bracing”, based locally in Elmsdale, NS, where one of their pedorthists will meet you at our clinic to perform your foot assessment. The advantage to this arrangement is that your feet will be assessed, orthotic prescription and fabrication will all be done by the same laboratory, ultimately resulting in a quicker turn around time and fewer modifications.
During your appointment, your Pedorthist will perform a thorough history and assessment of your feet to provide an accurate diagnosis, followed by care recommendations, which may include custom orthotics. Not everyone will be recommended an orthotic – they will only be recommended if it is felt to be clinically beneficial.
The orthotics from Biotech not only provide the support you need, but are also comfortable. This is important as the more comfortable your orthotic, the more likely you are to wear it. This ultimately improves your results and gets you back to what you love to do pain-free faster!
Other benefits include:
